My partner and I were first time home buyers and we were selling my parents home. Originally, we thought about doing everything ourselves but we quickly realized there was too much to handle on our own. Sujatha was helpful from beginning to end. When selling my parents home, Sujatha made the process very easy. She organized pictures, gave staging recommendations, held open houses and managed our listing. Even when I was ready to fold when negotiating, Sujatha stayed firm and made sure I got the best price for my parents place. When it came to buying, my partner and I wanted to move to the country. Sujatha was always ready to make long drives with us to see properties often an hour away (one way). She also didn't push us into buying something now (even though we were eager) but instead made sure we understood all the factors and were happy with our decision.
