Sujatha and I started talking about buying in Ottawa in the summer of 2020. I was finally ready to purchase in January of 2022. This involved selling our residential property in GTA in April-May 2022, just when the market was starting to turn. This gives you a good idea of what the market conditions were between 2020 to 2022 in Ontario. During this entire time Sujatha has been so patient and so supportive! Many a time she has changed her personal commitments (medical appointments) to accommodate my viewing requests. Sujatha, your dedication has not gone unnoticed!
